Children are so young. They make mistakes but these mistakes are not bad and children learn from them. One has to observe the children and can educate them, encourage their good seeds and help them to overcome their deficits. Children are ready to absorb any support that is given. To be able to do so, the teachers must love children and be patient with them. A good school must provide an environment so that good teachers feel motivated to work there. Working conditions must be appropriate for the activities. The space to play and learn, such as suitable facilities for Science, Sports, Music and Arts must be provided. But primarily, what a good working environment means for me is that the management appreciates and listens to the employees and the teachers. These are the teachers who work directly with the children, so they are the ones who know most about their needs.

For me, a good and respectful relationship with my colleagues is essential, and to work in a team wherein we contribute together to our common goal, to support the children. Children love happiness and I am happy at IGS. Children make me smile and the environment that the school provides, including my colleagues, supports me to smile with the children all day.
